The 'Upstairs' is 830x1720 mm and comes complete with a balustrade, ladder and bannister rail. The floor of the playhouse is TG and the TG roof is covered with green mineral felt for protection from the weather. The door is fitted with a full-length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the 5 windows are glazed with styrene.
