What is Swell Aquarium Water Clarifier? Swell Aquarium Water Clarifier is a flocculant that can be used to clarify water in aquariums. When used, it quickly eliminates cloudiness from the water by binding to unwanted substances, such as heavy metals, organic residues, chlorine, chloramines, and ammonium, making them easier to remove. The product also has a number of other positive effects, such as removing harmful bacteria, promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria (such as Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter), decomposing phosphates, increasing oxygen levels in the water, supporting the growth of young fish, preventing algae, and reducing stress in fish. It also adds essential trace elements and minerals to plants, improving their growth and colouration. How do you use this treatment? To use Swell Aquarium Water Clarifier, shake the container well and add 5 ml (1 capful) of the product to 30 litres of water once a week for maintenance, or more frequently if there is a visible increase in particles in the water or if the water becomes cloudy.
