Whereas most camping mats require a separate pillow, this mat has an integrated inflatable pillow for ultimate support and comfort. If you want to pack light when youre camping, its a perfect option. Setting up the mat is easy thanks to its quick flow self-inflation valve. Simply unroll the mat, open the valve, and it automatically sucks in air. Once inflated, blow in some extra air to get it to your desired firmness. The pillow is not self-inflating and requires manual inflation. The mat is filled with compressed foam which has thousands of open cells. When the valve is opened, the cells pull in air and the foam expands to 2.5cm. Firm but yielding, it provides sensational support whilst insulating you from the ground to increase your warmth and comfort.
