Made of premium quality, skin-friendly latex material, the Resistance Bands are non-toxic, offer a smooth and bright appearance and provide superior durability. They do not deform during stretching and because they are carefully constructed to be strong and durable you won't have to worry about the band snapping. Each workout band offers a different level of resistance and they are colour-coded to easily distinguish the levels of tension needed. Highly compact, the Resistance Bands can easily be folded up to help save space and they are very easy to carry around with you. The Resistance Band Set includes 5 fitness elastic bands 2080mm in Length and 4.5mm Thick, each with different resistance levels: Black: 7-16kg (13mm Wide)/ Yellow: 10-23kg (19mm Wide)/ Green: 20-32kg (22mm Wide)/ Orange: 30-36kg (29mm Wide)/ Blue: 34-50kg (32cm Wide).
