Our Olympic rubber-coated cast iron weight plates and bar sets are ideal for strength training and endurance. The bundle is designed for repetitive use and high performance, and the bar features a knurled chrome steel handle for heavy training up to 250kg. This weight set also features slim, rubber-coated cast iron weight plates to minimise damage to you, your plate set, and your floor. This Olympic barbell lifting bar has rotating sleeves with brass bushings which allow for a smooth 360 spin during training. The 45cm in diameter black rubber bumper plates are compatible with 2-inch barbells and are colour-coded according to size. The universal diameter allows for even weight distribution to prevent jerking. Use these weight plates and barbells to perform Olympic weightlifting and other strength training exercises such as deadlifts, bench presses, rows and curls. Ideal for adding on to increase personal records.
