This professional patio sealant from Pro-Kleen leaves Indian Sandstone, patios, paths, concrete, brickwork, and internal stone paths with a clear matt finish. Perfect for your barbecue and outdoor areas to prevent stains from oil, fat, and grease. Provides your flooring with a waterproof seal to protect from weathering and staining. One 5 litre bottle covers up to 50m2 and lasts up to 10 years without reapplication* depending on conditions! It's rainfast after 3-4 hours and FULLY cured after 24 hours depending upon porosity and temperature! How to use PatioSeal: Ensure all surfaces are clean and free from any dirt, debris, and floral growth for better absorption and optimal performance. Shake well before use. Test a small area to ensure product compatibility. Pour the contents into a sprayer and apply in an even coat. Do not over apply as ponding may occur. We recommend using just one coat but porous substrates may require a second coat. Do not use in wet weather or when rain is expected.
