The PestBye Whole House spider repeller combines both ultrasonic and electro magnetic technology. Both of these help to create environments where spiders can't be comfortable and so are discouraged from entering your home. Though inaudible to human ears the repeller will emit loud sounds at a frequency registered by spiders it's a bit like having to listen to a smoke alarm going off constantly - we wouldn't stick around long if we had to put up with that! Our pest repellers have not been found to affect cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, amphibians or children. The device may affect smaller pets such as gerbils, hamsters or chinchillas. The device operates with a simple plug and use functionality. It can be turned on as and when needed or left on for constant deterring of spiders from your home. You can switch between constant and random timing modes. Constant is great for when setting up and you wish to first rid the house of spiders. The random timing setting is perfect once established as the device will turn on and off at random intervals so that spiders are deterred without the device having to be constantly on.
