The idooka hedgehog hotel provides a safe and welcoming space for hedgehogs, measuring L32 x W26 x H20cm and weighing approx 1.43kg. It offers enough room for a hibernating family of hedgehogs, along with space for food, water, and natural bedding such as dry leaves, straw, or hay. The design of the hedgehog home is predator-proof, with a small entryway that limits access to predators while still being large enough for even a heavily pregnant hedgehog to enter. Inside, a wooden divider acts as a predator baffle, adding an extra layer of protection. The hedgehog shelter features a waterproof, rainproof plastic roof with an overhang to prevent rain from entering and a slope for proper drainage. This ensures that the interior remains dry and warm throughout the winter. Additionally, the shelter includes a cute hedgehog motif on the outside, offering a unique and educational experience for both kids and adults, fostering an understanding of hedgehogs and helping to conserve the local wild population.
