Add mix to a pan with 1500ml of cold water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins. Add more water to original level if required. Season to taste. Can also be used as a pasta sauce. To make Coconut Curried Lentil Soup empty the packet contents in a pan with 1500ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring regularly. Blend when peas are soft until the soup is smooth. Season to taste. To make Pea Soup the packet into a large pan, add 1500ml of cold water and a 400ml can of coconut milk. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer / stir until lentils have softened (around 45 minutes). Top up water to original level if required. Season to taste.
