This super simple, gluten free meal A gluten free, vegan tomato flavoured dried risotto rice mix with dried red pepper. Add water, follow the easy instructions, and enjoy a delicious meal that serves four. The dish cooks in 30 minutes, with the rice and vegetables softening perfectly for a comforting soup that thickens as it cools. The eco-friendly packaging is compostable and recyclable, just remove the label and cable tie before disposal. Perfect for a fuss-free, flavourful meal. Method - Add packet mix to a pan with 1300ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and then simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed into the rice. Stir regularly. Season to taste.

For pre-order items, we will take the first payment of your 4 instalments up to 13 days after you have placed your order, even if the item has not yet been dispatched by The Range. You will be refunded the value of any/all payments made to date should your order be cancelled after 13 days, and before the item has been delivered. Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it's still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24.
