It has a 'keep warm' feature so that when the rice is fully cooked, the cooking switch will automatically change to the 'warm' function. The rice can then be kept warm until you are ready to serve. A measuring cup and spatula are included, the measuring cup perfectly measures out the amount of rice, and the 1 cup of water to 1 cup of rice ratio will make sure your rice becomes lovely and fluffy. The cooker is thermostatically controlled by the amount of water used with the rice. The cooking cycle will be completed when all the water has evaporated away, and then the cooker will automatically go into the warm function.
