Not getting the viewing angle desired The head of the thermometer pivots and adjusts into multiple angles -- no bending, twisting or angling to read the temperature. Other features include an ultra-thin thermometer tip, a handy pocketstorage sleeve, and a CelsiusFahrenheit conversion switch. Combined with a temperature range that reaches a high 250C482F, this thermometer will become one of the most useful tools in the kitchen. HELPFUL HINTS Digital thermometers are not meant to be left in food during cooking. The plastic and electronic components could be damaged by excessive heat. IMPORTANT The thermometer will be hot after use. Use oven gloves when handling hot thermometers.
