They feature a black glass surface that's totally flat, food safe and fantastically on-trend. Place your dry and liquid ingredients in a measuring bowl and weigh them on the shiny surface. The 16.5 x 23.5 cm (6 x 9 inch) platform is ideally-sized for most bowls and containers. It's stain resistant, odour resistant and easy to wipe clean too, so you can measure solid ingredients, such as fruits and veggies, directly on the platform. These kitchen scales have tare functionality too, so you can return the measurement back to zero with the touch of a button.
