For crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside brownies, this set of three MasterClass brownie pans are a must-have. Included in the set is a 27cm x 20cm x 3cm pan, and a larger 34 x 20 cm x 4cm pan. Both pans bake brownies in one piece, for you to cut the brownies after baking. Youre not limited to brownies these pans are also suitable for general grilling or roasting. To save any arguments about whos got the bigger brownie, also included in the set is a 36 x 24cm tin, which will make 12 individual brownies sized 6cm x 6cm x 2.5cm. The commercial steel combined with the two-layer Quantum II coating on all three pans means your bakes will be released from the tins smoothly and in perfect shape consistent results, every time. No more brownie batter stuck to the bottom or sides of the pan! If youre not a chocolate-lover, the pans are also ideal for traybakes, gooey flapjacks or granola bars.
